You provide information when you use the platform, register as a user (Providers and Clients), publish your profile and services (Providers), make a booking on a Provider’s profile (Clients), use the functionalities available on the platform, use the feedback system, subscribe to our newsletter, contact us through our contact page or contact details and provide us with personal information to communicate with you. As a result of those actions, you may provide us with the following information:

Information Collected Automatically: As you browse our website, certain usage data is automatically collected. Personal information provided through our contact information is not stored on any MarkDown server and will be stored on the respective server of our email service.



Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to provide the functionalities available on the platform, to fulfil the legitimate purposes described in this policy or until the user closes the user account, unsubscribes to our newsletter or requests the deletion of their data. MarkDown may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, MarkDown may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period provided that this is required for compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted. We undertake to use your telephone number exclusively for these purposes and will not share it with other entities for promotional activities without your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe from receiving these messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages you receive.
